Sécurisation de l'accès à l'appartement grâce à plusieurs digicodes Grande pièce à vivre agréable Présence d'une climatisation, nécessaire dès qu'il fait un peu chaud Negative: Manque quelques éléments de vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner peut-être

Positive: L'appartamento fornito la cucina con tutto il materiale, la posizione tranquilla ma in una zona animata.

Positive: Amazing location, great room, comfortable bed. Negative: Air conditioning was too loud for us.

Not a well-cleaned place Positive: Instructions were clear and everything worked, communication was good. The place is perfectly situated if you want to explore Quebec by foot. The bed was really nice and the sheets were comfy. There is an absolutely awesome breakfast place just out of the door to the left. Negative: The place simply wasn't well-cleaned or well-maintained. The door to the flat was quite difficult to open, you need to apply a lot of force to open and close the door properly. The curtains have 3 rather large, somewhat ominous burn holes. There was a bit of trash and dust under the bed. While the trash was only a candy wrapper it indicated that the place wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The floor was a bit dirty (breadcrumbs), too. The table and the counters were sticky. Lastly, the bathroom was musty and had a somewhat vile smell to it. Combine all of this and we got the experience that we didn't want to spend a lot of time in the apartment and that even the seemingly clean parts (like the bed) could possibly be suspect.
