Positive: La localización, comunicación con anfitrión, flexibilidad para check in Negative: El baño, el plato de ducha pierde agua cuando te duchas. En el barrio sueles ver a mucha gente sin techo, pero eso tiene que ver más con la ciudad y no con el barrio
